1. General
By booking an appointment with WeGrow Accounting (the "Service Provider"), you agree to these terms and conditions. WeGrow Accounting provides tax advisory, compliance, bookkeeping, and related services, and we are committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and client confidentiality.
2. Scope of Services
The services to be provided are based on the specific requirements discussed and agreed upon during your booking. WeGrow Accounting offers general advice, tax compliance, and related services as a registered tax agent. The scope of work will be limited to the services outlined in your engagement agreement.
3. Fees and Payments
All fees for our services will be discussed and confirmed during your appointment. WeGrow Accounting may require payment upon completion of services or through a billing schedule outlined in your engagement agreement. 4. Confidentiality
WeGrow Accounting takes client confidentiality seriously. All client information, including but not limited to financial and personal data, will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law or professional regulations.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for us to perform the services. Failure to provide such information may affect our ability to deliver services or meet agreed-upon deadlines.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the appointment time. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations may result in the refusal of future bookings.
7. Liability
WeGrow Accounting will perform its services with due care and diligence. However, we will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by the client due to incomplete, inaccurate, or late provision of information on the client’s part or for any issues arising from external circumstances beyond our control.
8. Tax Advice Disclaimer
Any tax advice provided during consultations is based on the information available at the time of the consultation and in accordance with current tax laws. Laws may change, and your personal situation may evolve. It is your responsibility to seek ongoing advice to ensure your compliance with applicable tax laws.
9. Engagement and Termination
Your engagement with WeGrow Accounting begins once you have confirmed the scope of services. Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice. Fees for services provided up to the termination date will still be payable.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.
